DA Finds Non-Fatal Officer-Involved Shooting in San Bernardino Legally Justified


SAN BERNARDINO, Calif.  – The San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office has completed its review of the non-fatal officer-involved shooting of Michael Ray Madrigal, 30, of San Bernardino, by San Bernardino Police Officers Sharon Bonshire, Eric Campos, Janie Cozine, and Sergeant John Cardillo on November 18, 2011.

Under the facts, circumstances and the applicable law, the actions of all involved officers were legally justified.
