DA Finds Fatal Officer-Involved Shooting in San Bernardino Justified

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif.  – The San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office has completed its review of the fatal officer-involved shooting of Brandon Morrow, 40, of Rancho Cucamonga, by San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Deputies Danny Rice, Paul Casas, Michael Salazar and Sergeant Michael O’Brien on March 29, 2012.

Under the facts, circumstances and the applicable law, the use of deadly force by all involved officers was legally justified.
