MEDIA ADVISORY: Airport Developer Scot Spencer Extradited Back to San Bernardino County, Luciano Arraigned

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif.  – An investigator from the District Attorney’s office, along with agents from the FBI, extradited airport developer Scot Spencer, 48, of Boca Raton, Florida, from Palm Beach County jail Thursday for arraignment.

Spencer was transported and booked into the West Valley Detention Center and his bail was set at $1,000,000.

Spencer, who was charged last week in connection with corruption at the San Bernardino International Airport, is scheduled to be arraigned today on conspiracy and perjury charges via video at 12:30 p.m. in Dept. 21 of the San Bernardino Superior Court.

Charged co-conspirator Felice G. Luciano, 69, of Tempe, Arizona, was arraigned yesterday and he pleaded not guilty to all counts.  Bail was set at $500,000.

Luciano is scheduled for a disposition hearing April 17 in Dept. 23, San Bernardino Superior Court.
