DA Finds Non-Fatal Officer-Involved Shooting in Colton Legally Justified

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif.  – The San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office has completed its review of the non-fatal officer-involved shooting involving Christian Palomares, Manuel Casas, Gonzalo Alcazar and a 14-year-old juvenile by Colton Police Officer Robert Dimas on March 20, 2012.

Under the facts, circumstances and the applicable law, the actions of Officer Robert Dimas were legally justified.
