MEDIA ADVISORY: District Attorney Ramos to Announce Filing Decision in Officer-Involved Use of Force Incident Involving Francis Pusok

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. – San Bernardino County District Attorney Mike Ramos has reached a filing decision in the officer-involved use of force incident involving 31-year-old Francis Pusok that took place in the High Desert on April 9, 2015.

District Attorney Ramos, who will be joined by Sheriff John McMahon, will be holding a news conference Tuesday, September 1, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at 303 W. 3rd Street, San Bernardino, 92415, to announce the decision. The press conference will be held on the first floor of the building.

Limited parking will be available in the parking lot west of the building. Overflow parking will be available in the public parking lot at the San Bernardino Justice Center, 247 W. 3rd Street. Be prepared to present news credentials prior to entering the building. We will begin checking credentials at 10:15 a.m. No further details will be given out prior to the news conference.
