Francis Pusok charged with multiple counts following three-hour pursuit

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif.  – Francis Pusok, 30, of Apple Valley, has been charged with multiple counts following a three-hour pursuit that occurred April 9 in Lucerne Valley. (Click here to download a copy of the criminal complaint.)

Pusok is currently out of custody on $100,000 bail and his arraignment is scheduled June 16, 2015, in Victorville Superior Court.

Deputy District Attorney Shannon Faherty is prosecuting the case. If convicted as charged, Pusok faces a maximum sentence of 19 years, 4 months in state prison.
