Non-Fatal Officer-Involved Shooting in San Bernardino Justified

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif.– The San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office has completed its review of the non-fatal officer-involved shooting of Tajuan Alexander, 35, of Rialto, by San Bernardino Police Department Sergeant Christine Keil and Officers Shane Thwaites and Paul Spriggs on June 24, 2014.

Under the facts, circumstances and the applicable law, the actions of Sergeant Keil, Officer Thwaites and Officer Spriggs were legally justified. Click here to download a copy of the written evaluation.
