DA Finds Fatal Officer-Involved Shooting in Apple Valley Justified

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif.– The San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office has completed its review of the fatal officer-involved shooting of Francis Rose, 43, of Apple Valley, by San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Deputies Malcolm Page and Jeffrey Henry on Feb. 2, 2015.
