The Public Integrity Unit, which is comprised of two attorneys, a lead attorney, four investigators, a supervising investigator, a secretary and a transcriber typist, handles complaints involving those people holding public office. The illegal use of campaign funds; residency violations; and, open meeting/Brown Act violations. The Unit will be responsible for monitoring City Councils, elected Boards and Commissions.
