The Bureau of Victim Services, sponsored by the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office is committed to providing crime victims with access to comprehensive, quality services regardless of the nature of their victimization, age, race, religion, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, capability, or geographic location. In addition, we seek to make the criminal justice system more understandable, accessible and humane.


Message from the District Attorney

As the District Attorney of San Bernardino County I have made victims and their families a priority of the District Attorney's Office. In fact, "preserving the dignity of victims and their families" is a part of my Mission Statement. In addition, I serve on the Governor's Victim Compensation and Government Claims Board. I think it is evident that Victims' Rights is a cause that I have been passionate about since I started my career in the District Attorney's Office.

Our Victim Advocates are an integral part of my staff and their commitment and service to victims is equal to none. Please rest assured that our office will continue to make victims' rights one of the top priorities of this office.
